高层管理团队作为企业的领导核心,在很大程度上直接影响着企业的生存和发展。随着社会主义市场经济的全面发展,国家对企业管理模式的改变,企业开始拥有更多的经营管理自主权,但同时也面临着更多的风险和挑战,因此构建科学合理的企业高层管理团队为企业和国家创造效益,显得迫切而必要。目前,企业高层管理团队在企业经营运作中的重要作用已受到越来越多的关注。全球范围内对于企业高层管理团队的运作模式和影响力等已经有了深入研究和较高的认识。本文通过问卷调查分析的方式,对企业团队特点和团队凝聚力这些中间变量的相互关联进行了探讨。
As the leading core of the enterprise, the senior management team directly affects the survival and development of the enterprise to a large extent. With the all-round development of the socialist market economy and the change of the state-owned enterprise management mode, enterprises start to have more autonomy in management and operation, but they also face more risks and challenges. Therefore, building a scientific and rational top management team For enterprises and countries to create benefits, it seems urgent and necessary. At present, the important role of top management team in the operation of enterprises has received more and more attention. There have been in-depth research and high awareness of the operation mode and influence of the top management team in the world. Through the way of questionnaire and analysis, this paper discusses the interrelation of these intermediate variables, such as the characteristics of enterprise team and team cohesion.
