根据商法这门课程的两个显著特点:实践性和技术性。在商法教学中运用情景教学法会很好的诠释和运用这两个特点。大家对情景教学法都有一定的认识,即情景教学通过教师或学生创立一种情景,将教学内容很好的融入进去。学生不再是课堂的接受者而是参与者,教师和学生的相互作用,完成一系列的教学。在商法教学中合理运用情景教学,不仅能提高学生的学习能力和实践能力,也能提高教师的授课效率。在实际教学中,结合情景教学的优势,利用多层次的教学方法,升华教学内涵,可以促进学生的商法学习的可持续发展。
According to two distinct features of this course of commercial law: practicality and technicality. The use of situational teaching method in the teaching of commercial law will well interpret and apply these two characteristics. Everyone has a certain understanding of situational teaching methods, that is, scenario teaching creates a scenario through teachers or students, and the teaching content is well integrated into it. Students are no longer the recipients of the class but the interaction of the participants, teachers and students to complete a series of teaching. The rational use of situational teaching in commercial law teaching can not only improve students ’learning ability and practical ability, but also improve teachers’ teaching efficiency. In the actual teaching, combining the advantages of situational teaching, using multi-level teaching methods and sublimating teaching connotation can promote the sustainable development of students’ study of commercial law.
