目的观察鲁沃夫专用腹腔镜酶洗剂在腹腔镜清洗中的研究应用。方法将使用后的腹腔镜及附件500个随机分成两组,分别用腹腔镜专用酶洗剂(试验组)和普通多酶洗剂(对照组)进行清洗,用鲁沃夫润滑剂进行保养,观察腹腔镜及附件的清洗效果。结果鲁沃夫专用酶洗剂清洗后腹腔镜及附件,经过目测、放大镜、白纱布擦拭合格率分别为100.0%、96.8%、97.6%;血渍清洗效果试验组、对照组阳性率分别为9.6%、15.6%,表面清洁光亮无残留的血液、脂肪及视污残痕,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鲁沃夫腔镜酶洗剂,能有效清洗,对腹腔镜无损害,延长使用寿命,降低维修成本,使用率提高,减少医源性交叉感染的发生,确保医疗安全。
Objective To observe the application of Lviv special laparoscopic enzyme detergent in laparoscopic cleaning. Methods After the laparoscopic and accessory 500 were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, laparoscopic special enzyme detergent (test group) and ordinary multi-enzyme lotion (control group) were cleaned with Lviv lubricant for maintenance, Observe laparoscopic and attachment cleaning effects. Results After Lviv’s special enzyme cleaning agent laparoscopic and accessories were cleaned, the pass rate of visual inspection, magnifying glass and white gauze wiping were 100.0%, 96.8% and 97.6% respectively; the positive rate of blood washing effect test group and control group was 9.6% , 15.6% respectively. There was no significant difference in the brightness, blood residue, fats and stains on the surface (P <0.05). Conclusions Luowuowa Encopease lotion can effectively clean, no damage to laparoscopy, prolong the service life, reduce maintenance costs, improve the utilization rate, reduce the incidence of iatrogenic cross-infection and ensure medical safety.
