班级的管理不是程序的管理,不是训练几个得力的班干部或制订一个完善的班规就能解决的事。它所需要的是每一个孩子都能独立地管理好自己的行为。小学阶段正是个人行为习惯养成的关键时期,这个时期的孩子很容易受环境的干扰,正确的导向可以使其养成良好的品德与行为习惯。所以班级文化的建设更显示了其的重要价值,良好的班风无疑是给孩子们提供了阳光健康的成长平台。那么怎么才能更好地管理好班级呢?笔者认为应从以下几方面来做:一以身作则,为人师表小学生具有极强的模仿能力,老师的一言一行、一举一动都能对学生起到潜移默化的作用。在小学教学中,班主任的世界观、品德、行为、对待事情的态度,都不同程度地影
Class management is not the management of the program, not training a few good class cadres or to develop a sound class can solve the problem. All it needs is that every child can manage his own behavior independently. Primary stage is the key period for the development of personal behavior habit. The children in this period are easily disturbed by the environment. Correct orientation can lead them to develop good moral and behavioral habits. Therefore, the construction of class culture shows its important value, good class is undoubtedly to provide children with a healthy growth platform for the sun. So how can we manage the class better? The author thinks that we should do the following aspects: One is to lead by example, the teacher has a strong imitation ability, the teacher’s words and actions, every move can play a subtle role for the students . In primary school teaching, the class teacher’s world outlook, morality, behavior, attitude towards things, all have varying degrees of shadow
