1992年22月20日,我院召开了首次科技工作会议。党委书记戴玉琢、院长王植槐、党委副书记孙慕骞、副院长夏秉荣、纪委书记赵连普及离休老干部徐国才、张龙仁出席了会议。参加会议的有各教学、科研、设计、企业化单位的领导,共计44人。 会上,院长王植槐讲了话。他首先对大会表示祝贺,因为这是建院来第一次科技盛会。他说:建院来,根据学院的实际情况,科研工作逐步开展起来,不仅提高了师资队
