目的分析甲状腺相关性眼病导致的眼球突出症的三维适形放射治疗。方法采用精确定位技术,通过螺旋CT扫描获取球后靶区及其周围组织的三维数据。结果基于三维治疗计划系统,设计双眼球后三维适形放疗计划,按200 cGy/次,1次/d,5次/周,总剂量为2 000 cGy进行照射。结论采用三维适形放疗技术治疗甲状腺相关性眼病导致的眼球突出症是有效的。射野的布置和剂量选择时,应避免累计剂量超过视神经的耐受剂量及眼结构中敏感的部分。
Objective To analyze three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy of eyeball protrusion caused by thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy. Methods Accurate positioning technique was used to obtain three-dimensional data of the target area and the surrounding tissue of the ball by spiral CT scan. Results Based on the three-dimensional treatment planning system, a three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy program was designed for both eyes and irradiated with 200 cGy / time, 1 time / d, 5 times / week and total dose of 2000 cGy. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for ocular protrusion caused by thyroid associated ophthalmopathy is effective. Radiation field layout and dose selection, should avoid the cumulative dose exceeds the optic nerve tolerance dose and eye structure sensitive part.
