工作条件和家庭生活现代化,把人们从繁重的体力劳动中解放出来,有了更多的闲暇时光。但长时间看电脑、看电视、打麻将,出门以车代步,使人体新陈代谢功能下降,出现了肥胖症、血脂异常、高血压、糖尿病、脑中风、心脏病等病症。有研究表明,常年采用静坐方式生活和工作的人,其死亡率明显高于保持运动的人;身体总是保持相对静止状态对健康的危害,相当于每天吸一包烟。适量的有氧运动是我们找回健康的法宝。

The body always maintains its relative health as a quiescent state, equivalent to smoking a pack of cigarettes daily. The right amount of aerobic exercise is a magic weapon for us to recover health.
