针对变电站封闭式开关柜内电缆接头、开关柜中的刀闸触点和母线排连接处等部位过热的主要原因及特点,提出了一种光纤光栅温度在线监测系统的技术方案,详细介绍了该系统应用在许北变电站的工作原理、组成、人机界面、软件设计及具体功能。实际应用表明该系统能够对这些发热关键部位的温度进行实时监控,确保了变电站的安全运行。
Aiming at the main reason and characteristics of overheating in the cable joints of switchgear in substation, switch contacts in the switchgear and the busbar connection, a technical scheme of fiber grating temperature on-line monitoring system is presented. The system is applied in Xu North substation working principle, composition, man-machine interface, software design and specific functions. The practical application shows that the system can monitor the temperature of the critical parts of the heat in real time and ensure the safe operation of the substation.
