为以最低成本、最准确时间、最高质量满足客户需求,首要问题就是快速地制定可行的订单执行计划。该文提出了一种基于库存、资金、供货和运输4类有限资源的供需链计划模型,它由周期计算、资源获取、资源更新和计划生成4个子模型构成。计划生成是整个计划模型的核心,从某个仓库出库的项目数量不仅受到该仓库的库存资源的限制,由于负责运输又受到运输资源的约束,并由于承担运输费用而受到资金资源的约束,当需要采购供货时,则受到供货资源和资金资源的约束,该文采用启发式算法较好地解决了这个多目标多约束的计划生成问题,给出了制定计划的过程、模型结构和计划生成算法,该模型已应用于企业的经营管理中。
In order to meet customer needs with the lowest cost, the most accurate time and the highest quality, the first issue is to quickly develop a viable order execution plan. This paper proposes a supply chain planning model based on four types of limited resources: inventory, fund, supply and transportation. It consists of four sub-models of cycle calculation, resource acquisition, resource update and plan generation. Plan generation is the core of the whole planning model. The number of items released from a warehouse is not only limited by the inventory resources of the warehouse, but also constrained by the transportation resources in charge of transportation and constrained by the resource of funds due to the transportation costs. When the need to purchase the supply, it is subject to the supply of resources and funding constraints, this paper uses a heuristic algorithm to better solve the multi-objective and multi-constraint plan generation problem, given the planning process, model structure and Plan generation algorithm, the model has been applied to the business management.
