随着全国物流技能大赛的开展,大赛不断向学校传递企业人才需求规格的变化信息及对人才培养质量的要求。通过参赛成绩,基本能够反应各院校专业建设的情况及人才培养的优势与不足。因此,通过大赛良好的引导作用,可以不断督促学校修改人才培养方案,以紧跟人才需求的变化,保证专业快速健康的发展。本文作者通过全面、深入的研究高职院校物流技能大赛方案及方案实施的要求,分析探讨大赛与专业建设的关系,希望能够通过大赛以点带面,带动专业的全面建设,并由浅入深的挖掘专业课程知识,构建完善的课程体系,提升教师的专业教学能力,培养具有企业经营管理意识的专业物流人才。

Through the entries, the basic can reflect the professional construction of colleges and universities and personnel training advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, through the good guiding role of the competition, we can constantly urge the school to revise the talent cultivation plan so as to keep up with the changes in the demand of qualified personnel and ensure the rapid and healthy development of the profession.
