从网损因子在发电企业结算过程中的应用出发,探讨了当前华东电力市场在结算过程中存在的不足。根据各机组供电区域的不同,引入机组本地供电量与外送电量的概念,提出了机组本地供电量按全网出清价结算、外送电量按各机组网损因子乘以全网出清价格结算的改进方案,该方案反映了电网的实际运行情况,从而为市场提供了正确的经济信号。改进后的结算方式与原结算方式的对比研究表明,所提出的方案有效且较为合理。
Based on the application of loss factor in the settlement process of power generation enterprises, the shortcomings in the settlement of current East China power market are discussed.
