目的探讨使用无创通气治疗COPD并Ⅱ型呼衰患者的临床效果分析。方法将我院呼吸内科住院部从2014年1月至2015年10月期间收治的患有COPD并Ⅱ型呼衰的患者进行无创通气治疗,对患者使用BiPAP呼吸机,通过分析患者治疗前后的PaO_2、PaCO_2、SaO_2的指标变化说明治疗效果。结果 22例患者进行无创通气治疗之后,呼吸衰竭的症状得到了缓解,患者的PaO_2、Sa O2指标有所提高,而PaCO_2有所降低,结果具有统计学意义P<0.05。讨论使用无创通气治疗COPD并Ⅱ型呼衰不仅具有操作方便,患者痛苦小等优势,而且在治疗COPD并Ⅱ型呼衰方面也具有较好的治疗效果,因此值得临床上使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of patients with COPD and type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods The patients with COPD and type Ⅱ respiratory failure who were admitted to Department of Respiratory Medicine in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were treated with noninvasive ventilation. The patients were treated with BiPAP ventilator. After analyzing the PaO_2 , PaCO_2, SaO_2 indicators of changes in the treatment effect. Results After 22 patients were treated with noninvasive ventilation, the symptoms of respiratory failure were relieved. The PaO 2 and Sa 2 O indicators of patients were improved, while PaCO 2 was decreased. The results were statistically significant (P <0.05). Discussed the use of noninvasive ventilation for COPD and type Ⅱ respiratory failure not only has the advantages of ease of operation, patients with small pain and other advantages, but also in the treatment of COPD and type Ⅱ respiratory failure also has good therapeutic effect, it is worth the clinical use.
