建立了溴化十四烷基吡啶(TPB)的火焰原子吸收(FAAS)间接测定方法。TPB与硫氰酸镉形成的离子对缔合物,被萃取入二甲苯内,FAAS测萃取二甲苯中镉的吸光度,间接测定TPB。TPB的线性范围为0.03~0.80mg/L,灵敏度为0.0212mg/L·1%。用于废水测定时,加标回收率为98%~104%,相对标准偏差小于9.16%。
A indirect flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) method for the determination of tetraalkyl pyridinium bromide (TPB) was established. TPB and cadmium thiocyanate ion-association complex was extracted into xylene, FAAS measured the x-ray absorption of cadmium, indirect determination of TPB. The linear range of TPB is 0.03 ~ 0.80mg / L, the sensitivity is 0.0212mg / L · 1%. For the determination of wastewater, the spiked recoveries ranged from 98% to 104% and the relative standard deviations were less than 9.16%.
