文化管理超越情感管理、民主管理、自主管理、人才管理,是一种更高层次的管理。学校的管理研究,是一种基于“制度创新”的管理文化研究,是一种基于“新的理念”的学校文化研究。营造学校文化气氛,提升学校文化品位,对于这个近乎空洞的“意识范畴”的管理探索,在当代却历经了管理者无畏的追求,渗透着管理者的目标指向。关注学校文化,是让学校跳出狭隘的管理理念,用科学态度与人文思想审视学校管理与学校经营,审视学校物质建设与精神营造的需要。是对非人格化管理中忽视以人为中心,强调以财、物、事、绩为中心的管理思想的扬弃。
Cultural management beyond the emotional management, democratic management, self-management, talent management, is a higher level of management. School management research is a study of management culture based on “system innovation” and a school culture study based on “new ideas”. In order to create a school cultural atmosphere and improve the cultural quality of schools, the exploration and management of this near-empty “category of consciousness” has gone through the management’s dauntless pursuit in the contemporary era and permeated the target of the manager. Concerned about the school culture, is to make the school out of the narrow management philosophy, with a scientific attitude and humanistic thinking of school management and school management, review the material needs of the school and the spirit of building. It is a sublation of administrative thinking that neglects people-centered and emphasizes money, material, things and achievements in impersonal management.
