应用高效液相色谱和气一质联用等分离、分析技术,研究了红松种子各部位中脱落酸和生长素以及外种皮酚酸含量在室温干藏、低温层积及10%H_2O_2消毒不同条件下的变化。结果表明,红松种子各部位高含量的脱落酸在种子休眠中起着抑制萌发的作用。
