西安市地铁2号线运营前后空调系统微生物污染状况调查

目的掌握地铁2号线运营前后空调系统卫生状况的本底资料。比较西安市地铁2号线运营前后集中空调通风系统的微生物污染状况,为地铁监督管理提供依据。方法在地铁运营前后对西安市地铁2号线17个站点的空调通风系统进行监测,依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》采样、检测、评价。检测项目包括空调送风及风管内表面的菌落总数、β-溶血性链球菌、真菌总数及风管内表面积尘量。结果地铁运营前后,风管内表面积尘量中位数分别为6.11 g/m2,0.78 g/m2,细菌总数中位数分别为4 cfu/cm2,2 cfu/cm2。风管内表面真菌总数中位数分别为130cfu/cm2,4 cfu/cm2。地铁运营前后,空调送风细菌总数中位数分别为110 cfu/m3、63.5 cfu/m3,送风中真菌总数中位数分别为410 cfu/m3、900 cfu/m3。地铁运营前后风管内表面积尘量的合格率分别为93.33%、99.18%,细菌总数合格率分别为100.00%,99.18%,真菌总数分别为46.06%,99.59%,β溶血性链球菌均未检出。运营前后积尘量、真菌总数合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),细菌总数合格率差异无统计学意义。地铁运营前后空调送风细菌总数合格率分别为96.97%、98.18%,差异无统计学意义;真菌总数合格率分别为60.61%,23.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);β-溶血性链球菌均未检出。结论地铁2号线运营1年后,空调系统风管内表面的卫生状况尚可,但是空调送风存在一定程度的真菌污染,建议地铁管理部门加强空调系统的清洗消毒工作。 Objective To understand the background information of the air conditioners’ health status before and after the operation of Metro Line 2. Comparison of Xi’an Metro Line 2 centralized air conditioning and ventilation system before and after the operation of microbial contamination, provide the basis for the supervision and management of the subway. Methods Before and after the operation of the subway, the air conditioning and ventilation system of 17 stations in Xi’an Metro Line 2 was monitored and sampled, tested and evaluated according to the Hygiene Code for Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System in Public Places. Test items include air-conditioning and air duct surface of the total number of colonies, β-hemolytic streptococcus, the total number of fungi and duct dust inside the surface. Results Before and after the subway operation, the median dust accumulation on the inner surface of the duct was 6.11 g / m2 and 0.78 g / m2, respectively. The median total bacteria count was 4 cfu / cm2 and 2 cfu / cm2 respectively. The total number of fungi on the inner surface of the duct was 130 cfu / cm2 and 4 cfu / cm2, respectively. Before and after the MTR operation, the total number of airborne airborne bacteria was 110 cfu / m3 and 63.5 cfu / m3, respectively. The total number of fungi in the air supply was 410 cfu / m3 and 900 cfu / m3, respectively. The passing rate of the dust on the inner surface of the duct before and after the operation was 93.33% and 99.18% respectively. The passing rate of the total number of bacteria was 100.00% and 99.18% respectively. The total number of fungi was 46.06% and 99.59% respectively. . The amount of dust accumulated before and after operation, the total number of fungi passing rate was statistically significant (P <0.05), the total number of bacteria qualified rate difference was not statistically significant. The passing rate of total number of airborne air-conditioned bacteria before and after subway operation was 96.97% and 98.18%, respectively, with no significant difference. The passing rates of the total number of fungi were 60.61% and 23.03% respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01) Streptococcus were not detected. Conclusion After the operation of Subway Line 2 for one year, the sanitary conditions on the inner surface of air duct of air-conditioning system are acceptable. However, there is a certain degree of fungal contamination in air-conditioner air supply. It is suggested that MTR management departments should strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of air-conditioning systems.
