本文用量气法较为系统地研究了碱浓度对Si-H_2O体系的反应速度影响规律,得出硅在碱溶液中的反应本质是碱催化Si和H_2O的反应;反应过程中,SiO_2/Na_2O的比值并不确定,而随反应条件改变以及反应在一定条件下为零级反应的结论。
In this paper, the effect of alkali concentration on the reaction rate of Si-H 2 O system was systematically studied by means of gas-gas method. It was found that the reaction of silicon in alkali solution was the basic reaction of Si and H 2 O. During the reaction, the ratio of SiO 2 / Na 2 O Not sure, but with the reaction conditions change and the reaction under certain conditions for the zero-order reaction conclusion.
