根据煤层埋藏的赋存条件和煤的物理机械性质,来确定滚筒的直径、截深,螺旋叶片的升角及其变化、旋叶上的截齿排列等等,这些参数确定后,则滚筒受力状态也就基本确定。当滚筒受力状态不利于采煤机工作时,可通过对端盘截齿的适当排列,来改变滚筒受力状态,从而使采煤机的工作状况得以改善。其中尤以减轻滚筒的受力不平衡程度为其主要作用。同时,端盘截齿的适当排列以及截齿倾角取的合适,可以明显地减小采煤机的牵引阻力。因此,在制造和维修滚筒时,对端盘截齿的排列切不可随意处置。本文拟就端盘截齿的排列作初步探讨。
