当前社会竞争激烈,独生子女居多,小学生在问题困难面前表现出消极退缩、被动依赖等心理行为问题。文中提出学校情境的挫折教育中,要提升学生对挫折的正确认识,要教会学生应对挫折的方法,要主动创设情境经受挫折,要基于榜样示范克服挫折。对教育中要注意挫折学生的积极支持,注重不同学生的多元评价,注意脆弱学生的重点关注,建立家校互动的合作协同等方面做了阐述。
At present, the society is fiercely competitive and most of the only children live in primary school. Primary school students show negative withdrawal and passive dependence on psychological problems before they face problems. In the paper, we put forward the frustration education in school situation, we should enhance students’ correct understanding of setbacks, teach students how to deal with setbacks, and take the initiative to create situations to withstand setbacks. We should pay attention to the positive support of students who frustrate in education, pay attention to the multiple evaluation of different students, pay attention to the focus of vulnerable students, and establish the interaction and cooperation between home and school.
