过去,我们对珠算教学不够重视,教学方法不甚得法,教学质量不高,学生家长很有意见。上学期,我们带着怎样改进珠算教学问题,访问了贫下中农学生家长。有的说:“孩子一千、两千能加加,再多就不行了,不是多几个,就是少几个。”还有的说:“死法子,还能打打,叫他们算田(算土地面积)、算粪(算粪堆的土方折成担数)就不管用了。对生产队里的一些会计帐目更是不懂。”这说明学生的珠算打得不准,练得不熟,学了以后不顶用。我们又通过和学生个别交谈,召开部分学生座谈会,听各年级珠算课,了解学生的学习情况。发现有一部分学生学习珠算的目的性不够明确,学习态度不够端正,说什么将来不想当会计,学不学没有关系。有的学生上珠算课经常忘记带算盘;不少学生只是在珠算课上练练,课后从不
