从患弧菌病的凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)幼体中分离到两株病原菌zouA和zouB,常规形态和生理生化试验表明均为弧菌属菌种,弧菌编码鉴定系统分别鉴定为溶藻弧菌(Vibrio alginolyticus)和副溶血弧菌(V.parahaemolyticus)。副溶血弧菌R72H序列检测结果进一步证实菌株zouB为副溶血弧菌。对菌株zouA的16S rRNA基因序列分析表明该菌株与溶藻弧菌、副溶血弧菌等弧菌的相似性均高于98%,相互间不能区分;HSP60基因序列分析表明该菌株与溶藻弧菌相似性达98%以上,而与所有其它弧菌的相似性不到92%。结合表型和分子特征的鉴定结果,菌株zouA和zouB分别被鉴定为溶藻弧菌和副溶血弧菌。
Two pathogenic bacteria, zouA and zouB, were isolated from larvae of Litopenaeus vannamei with Vibrio spp. Vibrio species were identified by conventional morphological and physiological and biochemical tests. Vibrio spp. Vibrio alginolyticus and V. parahaemolyticus. Vibrio parahaemolyticus R72H sequence test results further confirmed that strain zouB Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The sequence analysis of 16S rRNA gene of strain zouA showed that the similarity of this strain to Vibrio alginolyticus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus was higher than 98% and could not be distinguished from each other. The sequence analysis of HSP60 gene showed that the strain was compatible with algae lysozyme The similarity of the bacteria is over 98%, while the similarity to all other vibrios is less than 92%. In combination with the identification of phenotypes and molecular characteristics, strains zouA and zouB were identified as V. alginolyticus and V. parahaemolyticus, respectively.
