总结和分析了我国现行既有幕墙检测相关规范中关于抽样方案的规定,以固定百分比抽样方案和运用《计数抽样检验程序》确定的抽样方案为例,分别计算了两种方案在不同检验批数量下的接收概率,并绘制了OC曲线,通过对OC曲线的分析得到:运用《计数抽样检验程序》等国家规范确定的抽样方案,具有判别能力强、抽样数量少、判别标准稳定等优势,在检测实践中应加强应用。
This paper summarizes and analyzes the regulations about the sampling plan in the related existing curtain wall detection standards in our country. Taking the fixed percentage sampling plan and the sampling plan determined by the “Count Sampling Inspection Program” as examples, we calculate the difference between the two schemes in different inspection lot quantities And the OC curve is plotted. Through the analysis of the OC curve, the sampling scheme determined by the national norms such as “Count Sampling Inspection Program” has the advantages of strong discriminating ability, small sampling number and stable discriminant criterion. Testing practice should be strengthened application.
