耳鼻喉科早已利用透明质酸酶和自动物胰脏提取的蛋白水解酶类能抗炎、溶坏死物质及消肿的作用,治疗化脓性鼻窦类和中耳粘连症。番木瓜酶系提自植物的蛋白水解酶。结晶易溶于水,对蛋白质和粘多醣有水解作用。作者用Lecozyme(番木瓜酶的商品名)治疗中耳疾病142例,包括122例8月~3岁复发性化脓性中耳炎患儿和20例粘连性中耳炎成人。化脓性中耳炎患儿中男59,女63,双耳54例,单耳68例;复发次数均在3~10次以上,109例曾行腺样体切除术。将122例患儿分为二组:1组70例接受包括Lecozyme在内的抗生素、理疗、脱敏等措施的综合疗法;2组52例接受不含Lecozyme的上述综合疗法,为对照组。治疗组用药法:患儿卧位,患耳向上,先以温生理盐水仔细清洗外
Otolaryngology has long been the use of hyaluronidase and animal pancreas extract proteolytic enzymes anti-inflammatory, necrotic substances and swelling of the role of treatment of purulent sinus and middle ear adhesions. In children with suppurative otitis media, 59 males, 63 females, 54 ears and 54 ears had single ear. The number of recurrence was more than 3 to 10 times and 109 cases had adenoidectomy. A total of 122 children were divided into two groups: Group 1, 70 patients received combination therapy including antibiotics such as Lecozyme, physiotherapy and desensitization; and 52 patients in the two groups received the above combination therapy without Lecozyme as control group.
