在世纪范围内,占企业总数70％以上的中小企业是经济稳定发展的基础。在东亚、东南亚各国和地区范围内,占企业总数99％的中小企业则不仅对本国、本地区经济的发展起着十分重要的作用,并且对保证国家和地区社会稳定也起着甚为关键的作用。但中小企业天然的众多与经济空间有限的对应,构成了中小企业所必须面临的生存环境。中小企业自身的组织状态与生存环境之间的关系,直接决定着每一家中小企业的存亡荣辱。
In the century, SMEs accounting for more than 70% of the total number of enterprises are the basis for the steady economic development. In East Asia and Southeast Asian countries and regions, SMEs accounting for 99% of the total number of enterprises not only play an important role in the economic development of their own countries and regions, but also play a very crucial role in ensuring the social stability of the country and the region effect. However, the large number of natural SMEs corresponding to the limited economic space constitutes the living environment that SMEs must face. The relationship between SMEs' own organizational status and living environment directly determines the survival and death of every SME.
