在现实社会中岗位轮换制度常见于企业管理之中,企业经常通过定期轮岗,来有效避免企业行政岗位人员特别是行政干部因为长期任职在一个工作岗位上,容易对该岗位厌产生烦、懈怠而出现应付状态及本位主义心理。为了更好解决这样的情况,定期轮岗对于企业培养行政干部和职员、加强整体队伍的规划建设有着举足轻重的意义。本文结合某民办学院校岗位轮换制度推行情况,从现在的高职院校管理的实际情况出发,来结合现阶段的人力资源管理实事求是地介绍定期轮岗在高职院校行政管理推行的情况,也提出一些看法和建议。
