本文分析了方锭斜靠放置时的流场,并提出改进烧嘴的布置使炉内形成旋转气流的方案,分析了改进方案的优缺点及应注意的地方。计算结果表明:影响均热炉内气体流动方式的主要因素是烧嘴和烟道的布置,而钢锭的锭型和布置方式对总体流场影响不大。
This paper analyzes the flow field when the square ingot is placed obliquely and puts forward a plan to improve the arrangement of the burner so as to form a rotating air flow in the furnace. The advantages and disadvantages of the improved scheme and the points to be noticed are analyzed. The calculation results show that the main factors affecting the gas flow in the soaking furnace are the layout of the burner and the flue, while the ingot ingot type and layout have little effect on the overall flow field.
