用固体培养基体外抑菌法 ,观察了不同浓度水溶性低聚壳聚糖、壳聚糖、山苍籽油对八叠球菌、枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、放线菌54 0 6及金黄色葡萄球菌生长的影响 ,并作抑菌动力学曲线。结果表明 ,随着时间延长 ,壳聚糖浓度在 0 5 %条件下 ,对 5种细菌均能抑制 ;水溶性低聚壳聚糖在0 5 %条件下对 5种细菌也有不同程度的抑制作用 ;而山苍籽油对五种细菌均能抑制 ,但随着时间延长 ,效果减弱 ,可能与其有效成份为挥发性物质有关。
The effects of different concentrations of water-soluble oligomeric chitosan, chitosan and Sanguine seed oil on the proliferation of SIDS, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, actinomycetes 54 0 6 and golden yellow grape Cocci growth, and for antibacterial kinetic curve. The results showed that under the condition of 0 5% chitosan, 5 kinds of bacteria could be inhibited with time prolonging; water-soluble oligomeric chitosan also inhibited 5 kinds of bacteria to different degrees under 0 5% condition ; And Sanguinea seed oil could inhibit all five kinds of bacteria, but with the extension of time, the effect weakened, which may be related to the active ingredient of volatile matter.
