深圳市宝安区社会福利中心在深圳市乃至全国的社会福利机构同行中有“十个率先”:率先引入四项标准化管理体系;率先开展弃婴童异地代养试点;率先吸收社会资源创办“院内教学点”;率先联合高校、医院开展产、学、研深度合作;率先完成物业管理市场化转轨;率先建立临聘人员健康档案并发放补助;率先实现护理人员持证上岗;率先创建入住老人党组织;率先开办入院老人老年大学。福利中心掌舵人陶隽领福利中心员工不仅创造了这么多率先为中心收住老人儿童谋福利,而且无私地把荣誉分享给优秀员工,把经验分享给福利机构同行。
