10Д100型柴油机在空载工况下采用五缸供油装置后,虽然减轻了机油稀释,但却引起柴油机冒黑烟和燃油消耗量增加。本文提出对喷油器喷嘴进行改造,采用嵌套结构。运用证明采用该结构后,在空转工况下不论是否采用五缸供油,机油均不发生稀释,而且烟度减少,小时燃油消耗量下降。文内对嵌套喷嘴的具体结构、尺寸及制造工艺均作了较为详尽的介绍。
The 10Д 100 diesel engine uses a five-cylinder oil supply device under no-load conditions, which reduces the oil dilution but causes the black smoke and fuel consumption of the diesel engine to increase. In this paper, the injector nozzle is modified, using a nested structure. Proof of using this structure, the idling condition regardless of whether or not to use five cylinder oil, oil dilution does not occur, but also reduce the smoke, hours of fuel consumption decreased. The text of the specific structure of nested nozzles, size and manufacturing process are made in more detail.
