探讨了残留过氧化物对降解的影响和交联不足的检测方法。过氧化物交联EPDM过程中的交联不足可用差式扫描量热法测定残留交联反应热加以检测,研究发现,其与残留的过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和异氰尿酸三烯丙酯有关。对于交联不足的DCP交联EPDM来说,只要残留交联剂,那么,软化降解的发生比硬化降解更为明显。
The effect of residual peroxide on the degradation and the detection of insufficient cross-linking were discussed. Crosslinking in the process of peroxide cross-linking EPDM can be detected by differential scanning calorimetry and the residual cross-linking reaction heat is detected. It is found that the cross-linking reaction with residual dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and isocyanurate Propyl ester related. For cross-linked DCP cross-linked EPDM, as long as the cross-linking agent remains, then softening degradation occurs more clearly than hardening degradation.
