一、前言 武钢一米七冷连轧机和单、双平整机是我国生产冷轧薄板及带钢的重要设备,冷轧工作辊的有效层深达75~125毫米,而直径方向的淬硬层深度一般只有30毫米,所以做好冷轧工作辊的中间修复工作,是一项十分紧迫的任务,具有极其重要的经济意义和现实意义。 为了正确制定冷轧工作辊的中间修复淬火工艺,摸清修复工艺对冷轧工作辊质量及使用性能的影响,我们利用引进的双频淬火机、强制循环台车炉和冷处理设备,对130根直径使用掉30毫米的冷轧工作辊进行了一系列修复工艺的试验,初步找出了冷轧工作
