特应性皮炎的病因及发病机制至今尚未完全明确。研究显示超抗原尤其是金黄色葡萄球菌毒素 ,在特应性皮炎的发生发展过程中具有重要作用 ,抑制其产生 ,可指导特应性皮炎的治疗。本文就超抗原类型 ,致病机理 ,在特应性皮炎发病中的可能作用机制 ,以及在治疗上的应用进行了综述。 Atopic dermatitis etiology and pathogenesis has not yet fully clear. Studies have shown that superantigens, especially Staphylococcus aureus toxins, plays an important role in the development of atopic dermatitis, inhibiting their production and guiding the treatment of atopic dermatitis. This article reviews the types of superantigens, their pathogenesis, possible mechanisms of action in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis, and their applications in therapy.
