通过烧结杯试验,结合烧结矿冶金性能检测和矿相分析,对某含钛铁砂的烧结行为进行了研究。结果表明,随着该含钛铁砂配比增加,烧结利用系数和烧结矿转鼓强度下降;冶金性能方面,烧结矿低温还原粉化性能出现了大幅度恶化,烧结矿熔滴性能得到改善。根据矿相观察结果,烧结指标恶化的主要原因之一是由于含钛矿物导致烧结液相过热度降低,促进了烧结玻璃相的生成,抑制了铁酸钙相的结晶和析出。综合实验室结论,建议该含钛铁砂在混合料中配加比例控制在5%以内,并配合喷洒CaCl2措施以减少其对烧结矿低温还原粉化性能的影响。
The sintering behavior of a certain titanium-containing iron sand was studied by sintering cup test, metallurgical properties of sinter and the analysis of mineralogical phase. The results show that the sintering utilization coefficient and the strength of the sinter drum decrease with the increase of the ratio of iron-bearing Ti-bearing steels. In terms of metallurgical properties, the low-temperature reduction and pulverization properties of sinter have greatly deteriorated, and the droplet properties of sintered ore have been improved. According to the observation results of the mineralogical phase, one of the main reasons for the deterioration of the sintering index is that the superheat degree of the sintered liquid phase decreases due to the titanium-containing mineral, the formation of the sintered glass phase is promoted, and the crystallization and precipitation of the calcium ferrite phase are suppressed. According to the conclusion of the comprehensive laboratory, it is suggested that the proportion of iron-containing ilmenite in the mixture should be controlled within 5%, and the effect of spraying CaCl2 should be reduced to reduce its effect on low-temperature reduction and pulverization of sinter.
