在大鼠止血带休克模型上观察了应用脂质体携载前列腺素E1对止血带休克的影响,发现以脂质体包裹前列腺素E1可显著缓解应用止血带的动物松带后的血压进行性降低及血浆乳酸脱氢酶、组织蛋白酶D活性的增高,与此同时降低了血浆和组织中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的含量。但应用游离前列腺素E1则无上述明显效果。表明,脂质体携载前列腺素E1具有减轻大鼠松解止血带后的细胞损伤作用,这一作用可能是通过抗组织脂质过氧化反应实现的。
