睡眠是保护人体自身的法宝很多人认为,睡眠过程就是大脑活动受到抑制,事实并非如此简单。自然睡眠是人体主动的生理功能,睡眠的主动生理活动主要有:①消除自由基,减轻自由基对神经细胞和血管的损害;②调节能量代谢,让人们恢复体力与精力;③维护免疫调节机制,增强人体抗病能力,免受病毒、细菌侵袭;④维护内分泌调节机制等等。自然睡眠是人体机能的修复机制,如同汽车保养一样,为了让汽车的性能保持良好及延长汽车的使用寿命,不是等车出问题再维修,而是要注意汽车平时的养护。
