在数据采集和处理系统中,高速A/D转换器是一个很重要的部件。本文提出一种新的采用电荷耦合器件组成的高速短序列A/D转换电路。实验表明,这种电路相当于两个采样率为5MHz的8位A/D转换器。它的电路简单,成本低廉。进一步提高转换速度和准确度是有潜力的。
In data acquisition and processing systems, high-speed A / D converter is a very important part. This paper presents a new high-speed short-sequence A / D conversion circuit using charge coupled devices. Experiments show that this circuit is equivalent to two sampling rate of 5MHz 8-bit A / D converter. Its circuit is simple, low cost. There is potential for further improvements in conversion speed and accuracy.
