建筑企业人力资源管理信息化是企业实现信息共享化和管理价值输出的重要手段,更是企业“转方式、调结构”的重要路径,它从根本上推动企业人力资源管理向现代管理转变。笔者应用信息化理论,结合建筑企业的特点,在阐述推进建筑企业人力资源信息化管理的必要性和现实意义的基础上,以如何应用信息化管理系统创新传统的建筑企业人力资源管理为核心,讨论分析了人力资源管理信息化创新的具体路径。
