文章介绍了ZMA100型地铁车辆转向架构架的结构特点,并利用仿真分析、强度试验和线路动应力测试等多种方法对构架进行了强度验证。合理的结构设计和多种强度校核手段为构架的高可靠性提供了保障,为城轨车辆构架设计提供了较好的借鉴。
In this paper, the structural characteristics of the bogie frame of the ZMA100 metro vehicle are introduced. The strength of the bogie frame is verified by various methods such as simulation analysis, strength test and dynamic stress test. Reasonable structural design and a variety of strength checking means provide a guarantee for the high reliability of the structure, which provides a good reference for the urban rail vehicle structure design.
