为了进一步了解华支睾吸虫在终宿主体内的发育过程,我们作了该虫在豚鼠体内发育观察试验。 一、材料和方法 从咸宁市薛家村鱼塘的麦穗鱼体中获得华支睾吸虫囊蚴,用吸管吸取所获囊蚴饲喂豚鼠。每只感染100～300个囊蚴,然后分别在不同时间解剖豚鼠,检查其胃、肠、腹腔、胆总管、肝胆管和胆囊等部位的虫体。对所检获的虫体,先进行活体观察,然后固定染色观察其形态特征。
In order to further understand the process of development of Clonorchis sinensis in the host, we observed the development of the worm in guinea pigs. I. Materials and Methods Clonorchis sinensis metacercariae were obtained from the ears of wheat in Xuejiashan fish pond of Xianning City, and the guinea pigs were fed by suctioning the obtained metacercariae. Each infected with 100 to 300 metacercariae, and then at different times of the dissection of guinea pigs, check its stomach, intestine, abdominal cavity, common bile duct, bile duct and gallbladder and other parts of the body. The seized animals, the first live observation, and then stained to observe the morphological characteristics.
