[目的]了解实施全民食盐加碘措施后,赣榆县居民户食用碘盐情况。[方法]2004—2009年抽取54个监测点,每个监测点抽取4个村,每村抽取8户食用碘盐用户,共1728户样品,用直接滴定法测定盐碘含量。[结果]2004—2009年,碘盐覆盖率由85.4%上升至95.8%;合格碘盐食用率由81.2%上升至91.0%;非碘盐率由14.6%下降至4.2%;碘盐合格率均>90%。[结论]提高碘盐合格率及食用率,确保居民食用合格碘盐,以防治碘缺乏病。
[Objective] To understand the situation of iodized salt consumption by households in Ganyu County after implementing the measures of universal salt iodization. [Method] From 2004 to 2009, 54 monitoring sites were sampled and 4 villages were sampled from each monitoring site. Eight households with iodized salt were sampled from each village for a total of 1728 samples. Salt iodine content was determined by direct titration. [Results] From 2004 to 2009, the coverage of iodized salt increased from 85.4% to 95.8%; the consumption of qualified iodized salt increased from 81.2% to 91.0%; the non-iodized salt rate dropped from 14.6% to 4.2%; the pass rate of iodized salt > 90%. [Conclusion] The qualification rate of iodized salt and the rate of food consumption should be increased to ensure that residents have enough iodized salt to prevent iodine deficiency.
