为了解河南省新乡市猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)流行情况,采用荧光定量PCR技术对2015年1—9月份新乡市动物疫病预防控制中心收到的118头病死猪进行剖检和样品采集,并全部进行了PCV-2的病毒核酸检测。结果表明:新乡市猪场场群猪圆环病毒2型检出率为82.35%;8—9月份检出率高达100%,1月份检出率最低,也达到了12.5%;其中育肥猪检出率高达94.12%,保育猪检出率为22.72%,哺乳仔猪检出率为20.96%;平均检出率为42.37%。此次调查反映了新乡市PCV-2的感染情况和规律,可为新乡市PCV-2的防控工作提供理论依据和指导。
To investigate the prevalence of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV-2) in Xinxiang City of Henan Province, 118 dead pigs received from Xinxiang Animal Epidemic Prevention and Control Center from January to September in 2015 were analyzed by fluorescence quantitative PCR Samples were collected and all were subjected to viral nucleic acid detection of PCV-2. The results showed that the detection rate of porcine circovirus type 2 was 82.35% in the field of pig farm in Xinxiang City, the detection rate was as high as 100% in August-September and the lowest in January, which reached 12.5% The rate was as high as 94.12%, the detection rate of nursery pigs was 22.72% and that of suckling piglets was 20.96%. The average detection rate was 42.37%. The survey reflects the PCV-2 infection in Xinxiang City and the law may provide a theoretical basis and guidance for the prevention and control of PCV-2 in Xinxiang City.
