本试验研究了甜研7号当年抽薹株、不抽薹株和母根生育期间新生嫩叶内源植物激素含量及平衡状况的动态变化。结果表明,当年抽薹株各时期赤霉素(GA_(1.3))、脱落酸(ABA)含量与当年不抽薹株差异显著,且在抽薹期间(6月5日~6月20日)GA_(1.3)含量激增,ABA含量有所增加,而GA_(1.3)/ABA值也呈激增趋势。GA_(1.3)和ABA含量,特别是GA_(1.3)/ABA值与甜菜当年抽薹关系密切。
In this study, we studied the dynamic changes of hormone content and balance of endogenous plant hormones in the newborn leaves during the bolting, bolting and maternal rooting of Tianyin 7 in that year. The results showed that GA3 (1.3) and abscisic acid (ABA) contents of bolting plants were significantly different from those of non - bolting plants in the same period of bolting, (1.3) content increased, ABA content increased, while GA 1.3 (1.3) / ABA value also showed an upward trend. GA_ (1.3) and ABA contents, especially GA_ (1.3) / ABA values, were closely related to the bolting of sugarbeet.
