表象训练理论是铅球技术教学研究的一个重要课题。表象训练指运动员在头脑中对过去完成的正确技术动作的回忆与再现、唤起临场感觉的训练方法。通过多次动作表象,提高运动员的表象再现及表象记忆能力;可以使运动员的注意力集中于正确的技术要求,有利于提高心理稳定性,从而促进技术的掌握。教练员和运动员和体育心理学工作者大部分都使用心理技能训练法,它是心理技能训练的核心环节。在铅球技术教学与训练实践中,结合表象训练,以深化教学改革,优化教学的学习技巧,提供参考,提高教学质量。
Representation training theory is an important topic in the teaching of shot-putting technique. Representation training refers to the athlete in the mind of the past to complete the correct technical action memories and reproduction, evoking the feeling of training methods.
