各种分析结果已经指出:载荷偏心率对轴压下桁条加劲壳的边界影响很重要。为此,完成了试验研究,以验证载荷偏心率对全桁条加劲筒壳皱损的影响。按照两个一组、三个一组、甚至四个一组的分组情况,加工制造了几乎一样的壳体,它们实际上仅在加载偏心率上有所不同。通过各种不同的夹具施加偏心载荷,这种夹具也能经验性地佔价各种端面约束程度。把壳体偏心加载下的实验皱损载荷与通过相同壳体蒙皮中心加载的试验结果以及其它研究报告所发展的非线性理论估算值作了比较。试验结果表明:载荷偏心确实对皱损载荷影响很大,然而这种影响特别和壳体的具体情况,桁条的几何特性以及加载的精确方式有关。估算有关壳体和桁条几何特性对载荷偏心现象影响的问题也包括在参数研究中。
Various analysis results have pointed out that the eccentricity of the load is very important for the boundary of the stiffener shell under axial compression. For this purpose, a pilot study was completed to verify the effect of load eccentricity on the crease damage of the full purlin stiffener cylinder. In the grouping of two groups, three groups, or even four groups, almost identical shells are manufactured, which actually differ only in the loading eccentricity. Eccentric loads are applied through a variety of different fixtures, which can also empirically account for various end face constraints. The experimental wrinkle load under eccentric loading of the shell was compared with the experimental results obtained from the center skin loading of the same shell and the nonlinear theoretical estimates developed by other research reports. The test results show that the load eccentricity does have a great influence on the wrinkle load. However, this effect is particularly related to the specific conditions of the shell, the geometric characteristics of the purlin, and the precise manner of loading. The problem of estimating the influence of the geometry of the shell and purlin on the load eccentricity is also included in the parameter study.
