本文主要是对所读的文献中关于经营者薪酬与企业绩效关系的实证研究文献进行了述评,并对不同的实证研究的样本选择、参数选择和研究结果等进行比较,发现经营者薪酬和企业绩效之间不存在显著的相关关系,这与理论是不相符的,并探讨了导致实证与理论不相符的可能影响因素。
