我校有十多位老教师,已到“耳顺”“古稀”之年。由于年龄和精力的关系,他们不再担任教学工作,平时大都在家中休养。但他们为新社会的气象所鼓舞,欣欣然不知老之已至,愿意以自己的晚年余力,贡献给祖国教育事业,真是“有一分热,发一分光”。这些老人在长期工作的实践中,积累了丰富的文化科学知识和教学经验,乐于给青年教师做顾问,传授教学上一些必要的知识。语文组由六十三岁的老教师
My school has more than a dozen old teachers, has been “ear-smooth”, “Gulan” of the year. Due to the relationship between age and energy, they no longer serve as teaching work, most usually rest at home. However, as they are encouraged by the meteorological phenomena of the new society, they are glad to know that they have come to their own age and are willing to contribute to the education of the motherland by their own later years. In the long-term practice of these elderly people, they have accumulated rich experience in cultural sciences and teaching and are willing to advise young teachers and impart some necessary knowledge in teaching.
