目的了解医院感染现患率及抗菌药物使用情况,为提高医院感染管理水平提供依据。方法采用床旁调查与住院病历调查相结合的方法,于2011年10月9日0∶00-24∶00对所有住院患者进行调查,对数据进行统计分析。结果共调查住院患者1716例,实查率100.0%;医院感染62例、66例次医院感染现患率为3.61%、例次感染率3.85%;感染率较高的科室为ICU、神经外科、血液科,分别占36.80%、18.10%、6.67%;感染好发部位依次为下呼吸道、手术切口、泌尿道、皮肤软组织、胃肠道;抗菌药物使用率为42.70%。结论进一步加强医院感染管理,规范抗菌药物合理使用,提高医务人员的感染控制意识,可有效控制医院感染的发生。
Objective To understand the prevalence of nosocomial infections and the use of antibacterials in order to provide evidence for improving the management of nosocomial infections. Methods A combination of bedside investigation and inpatient medical records was used to investigate all inpatients from 0:00 to 24:00 on October 9, 2011. The data were analyzed statistically. Results A total of 1716 hospitalized patients were surveyed, the actual investigation rate was 100.0%. 62 cases were hospitalized and 66 cases were hospitalized. The prevalence was 3.61%, and the infection rate was 3.85%. The departments with higher infection rate were ICU, neurosurgery, blood Which accounted for 36.80%, 18.10% and 6.67% respectively. Infection was followed by lower respiratory tract, surgical incision, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue, and gastrointestinal tract. The antibacterial usage rate was 42.70%. Conclusions To further strengthen the management of nosocomial infections, standardize the rational use of antimicrobial agents and raise awareness of infection control among medical staff, it is possible to effectively control the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
