快中子辐射春小麦阿勃对第一代的出苗和成株率都有抑制作用,对第二代的株高影响较大,出现部分不育和长短芒植株。在6×10~(11)积分通量辐射种子中,选出的78—103—1抗条锈性突变体为嵌合体。第三、四代矮秆与高秆分离比均为1∶3;第三、四、五代穗型分离出拟斯卑尔托和长方形穗型,分离比分别为1∶1、1∶1、1∶3。第三、四代分离出拟斯卑尔托短芒和长芒株系,分离率为2.02%和9.37%。第四代条锈反应型0—0;只占总株系的7.7%。两种穗型、株高、穗长、总小穗数性状差异极显著。拟斯卑尔托总小穗数、穗长、株高的广义遗传力一般比较高;主穗粒重、单株粒数、粒重变异系数较高。

The total spikelet number, spike length and plant height of Spispel were generally high, and the coefficient of variation of grain weight per plant, grain per plant and grain weight were higher.
