为评价CTCS-3级列控系统的可靠性、可用性和可维护性(RAM),对系统逐层向下分解并建立可靠性框图,可靠性框图的最低层次定位到现场可更换的最小部件。通过可靠性预计和可维护性预计得出最小可更换部件的故障率和维修率,然后利用马尔可夫过程计算模型,根据可靠性框图自下而上逐层求解出系统的可靠性指标。同理,可根据各个最小可更换部件的故障率和维修时间,得到系统的可维护性指标。根据得到的系统可靠性指标和可维护性指标计算得出CTCS-3级列控系统的可用性指标。根据计算得到的RAM指标,判断系统是否达到系统需求。
To evaluate the reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) of CTCS-3 train control systems, the system is decomposed layer by layer and a reliability block diagram is established, with the lowest level of the reliability block diagram being located to the smallest replaceable parts in the field. Through the reliability prediction and maintainability, the failure rate and the maintenance rate of the smallest replaceable part are estimated. Then the Markov process model is used to calculate the reliability index of the system from bottom to top according to the reliability block diagram. Similarly, according to the failure rate of each of the smallest replaceable parts and maintenance time, get the system maintainability index. According to the obtained system reliability index and the maintainability index, the availability index of CTCS-3 train control system is calculated. According to the calculated RAM index to determine whether the system meets the system requirements.
