目的:探讨有效的医务人员考评管理方法。方法:自主研发信息化考评管理系统软件,建构考评体系,通过信息化对全院职工进行实时、动态的综合考评,建立考评奖惩标准。结果:信息化综合考评管理评价体系,考评标准量化、具体化、可操作性强;信息化网络使信息录入与查看实时、动态、全面,考评结果的应用,能有效地激励医务人员正性行为,约束负性行为,从而全面提升医务人员医德医风、医疗质量、服务质量、科研及教学能力及群众满意度。结论:信息化综合考评管理系统作为基层医院的一种有效管理手段,值得推广。
Objective: To explore effective medical staff evaluation and management methods. Methods: Independent research and development of information management system evaluation software, construction evaluation system, through the information of the hospital staff real-time, dynamic comprehensive evaluation, evaluation and punishment standards established. Results: The evaluation system of informational comprehensive assessment evaluation and quantification, substantiation and maneuverability of evaluation criteria are accurate. The informatization network enables the information entry and inspection to be applied in real-time, dynamic and comprehensive evaluation results, which can effectively motivate the positive behavior of medical staff , Restricting the negative behavior, so as to comprehensively enhance medical ethics, medical quality, service quality, research and teaching ability and satisfaction of the masses. Conclusion: As an effective management measure of primary hospital, information management system of comprehensive evaluation evaluation is worthy of promotion.
